The hands-on approach of our team challenges is designed to make people work together and EXPERIENCE the power of team building in problem solving.

The emphasis is on the importance of effective planning, communication and time management – the challenges do not rely upon physical strength or stamina, which mean that everyone can take part.

TEAM BUILDING DAY OR HALF DAY

Your group will receive a warm and friendly welcome in one of our Hospitality Barns, which are a comfortable base for your day.

We start with a short event briefing to discuss the day’s programme and safety. This is a good opportunity for us to reassure all those taking part that the day is about building good communication within the team and finding the most effective way of achieving a task rather than proving physical strength and stamina.

We introduce a couple of ice breakers that are carefully selected to link with the purpose of your day and help break down any barriers or inhibitions of those attending.

We move quickly into the challenges and activities. These can be purely for fun and laughter, or you can make full use of the skills of our team facilitators in raising awareness of the critical issues in happy and successful teamwork.

Sample Itinerary

A sample timetable is as follows, this can be changed to suit your requirements.

09.30 – 09.50 Arrival and registration. Warm welcome with tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit and hot bacon or egg rolls
09.50 – 10.00 Event and safety briefing. Introduction to instructors, form teams
10.00 – 11.30 Ice breakers and activity sessions
11.30 – 11.45 Refreshment break
11.45 – 13.00 Activity sessions
13.00 – 14.00 LUNCH
14.00 – 16.30 More fun in the afternoon
16.30 – 17.00 Tea, cake and fun prize giving

The event cost is based on the activities and the number of people in your group.
