TEAM BUILDING DAY OR HALF DAY
Your group will receive a warm and friendly welcome in one of our Hospitality 'Barns', which are a comfortable base for your day.
We start with a short event safety briefing. This is a good opportunity for us to reassure all those taking part that the day is about building good communication within the team and finding the most effective way of achieving a task rather than proving physical strength and stamina.
We can introduce a couple of ice breakers that are carefully selected to link with the purpose of your day and help break down any barriers or inhibitions of those attending.
We move quickly into the challenges and activities. These can be purely for fun and laughter, or you can make full use of the skills of our team facilitators in raising awareness of the critical issues in happy and successful teamwork.
The event cost is based on the activities and the number of people in your group.
