Our friendly instructors
will describe the purpose of the Spiders Web activity to
the team/s - to encourage people to work together
to overcome a challenge.
The team is challenged
to pass each member through the web without
touching the web. No one can be passed through
the same hole twice. If anyone touches the
web it’s all start again time .
The team must work together to decide which
members take the “easy” holes and
which members can be passed through the more
difficult smaller or higher holes. They must
help each other through the holes to complete the team building task! but can they?
It ca be incorporated as part of a companies multi day event.
